Ingredients
-4 oz Sweet Potato
-½ - 1 cup Water
-3 Egg Whites
-¼ cup Gluten-Free Quick Oats
-1 scoop ON Vanilla Cream Protein Powder
-1 Packet Truvia
-Cinnamon
-Vanilla Extract
Note: You can leave out Egg Whites if not using as a pre or post workout. I add to get more protein.

Put all items in blender, add a few ice cubes and enjoy!
