HEALTHY SPICY CILANTRO & SPINACH PESTO


Ingredients:

½ bunch Cilantro
½ bunch Spinach
2 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Raw Almonds, organic
1 T Almond Oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil would work)
Juice of 1/2 a Lime or Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Serrano Pepper
Sea Salt
1 package Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Fettucini Gluten Free.
Note:  I only cooked about 1/2 of the package for my pesto.  

Instructions:

  • Cook pasta according to instructions on back.  
  • In food processor, blend all ingredients together.  
  • Once pasta is cooked, add pesto, mix and enjoy!
